Nestled in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, Dolgun Uchaf Guesthouse offers a prime location for discovering all that Snowdonia has offer. Surrounded by picturesque farmland and woodlands with stunning mountain views, our tranquil B&B is an ideal retreat. Just 12 miles from the historic town of Dolgellau you'll find plenty of shops and dining options. We are perfectly situated for North Wales attractions like Dyfi Bike Park, Coed Y Brenin, and the world-famous Wire and Bounce Below, along with beautiful nearby and the majestic Cader Idris right at our doorstep.
New Facilities: Jacuzzi and Sauna We are excited to offer two new facilities available for hourly hire an additional cost:
Outdoor Jacuzzi: Enjoy a warm, relaxing escape in our secluded garden—ideal for unwinding after day of adventure.
Garden Sauna: A cozy retreat designed for relaxation, rejuvenation, and a moment of tranquility. Both facilities are located in a secluded garden area, with options for private or shared sessions by the hour. Private Hire: £100 for 1 hour for up to 6 people from the same group or family. Communal/Shared Hire: £20 per person for a 50-minute session (maximum 6 people at once). Sessions are available every hour from 10 am to 9 pm. Bathrobes can be rented for £2 per person. Please remember to bring slippers and appropriate swimwear. Contact us to arrange a time that works for you. We look forward to welcoming you and hope these new amenities enhance your stay!
Our Accommodation
We have 8 rooms and 2 Self Catering cottages here at Dolgun Uchaf. Each room is individually styled and benefits from fast, free Wifi, mini fridge and some rooms are even pet friendly (on request).
We are exited to offer our guests use of Sauna and Jacuzzi located in the secluded garden area (extra cost apply)
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
We offer continental Breakfast served in our dining room daily from 7.30am until 9.30am. If you wish to have cooked breakfast we can provide a vouchers to a local cafe Y Sospan located just one mile away.
Free Wifi
With the latest technology, providing some of the fastest speeds in the country, our free, fast Wifi will help you stay connected, even when you're getting away.
Dog Friendly
Some of our Rooms are dog friendly, but please always speak with reception before booking as not all rooms dog pet friendly.. There is also an additional charge of £5 per night for bringing your four-legged friend.
We allow up to 2 dogs per Room/Cottage
Garden
Our cottages benefit from private gardens, which are enclosed and perfect for dogs. We also have some tables and chairs in the main garden for all the guests to enjoy.
